Mod Finals #2 for Pageland

IHRA Div. 9 Finals is at Rockingham this weekend and Rockinghams team has at least 4 Pageland footbrakers on it. Myself, Buddy Plyler, Micheal Beard, and Kyle Oliver. Looks like the Rock has got a pretty stout foot brake bunch as Richard Alford is also on our team. Will let everyone know how we do---rained out Thursday.

It was brutal tonight--I lost 2nd round by .004----I was .005 and dead on with a 6 and the other guy was .006 dead on with a 1. They aren't that good in top. Me, Ducky, and Buddy are gone but Kyle was going to the 3rd round.

Got down to 5 last night in the Gamblers, -.003 red, dead-on 2. Worst bulb .011.

Won first rnd of main event so far, .018 and .02 over. Fern was -.008 red. We could've used Buddy n, Kyle today!

I had the 28x9 bias plys on this weekend, combined with the great weather, it was really pickin' the wheels up. Might've been picking them up out of the beam more instead of driving *out* and up with the radials. (Hmmm... will have to try them at Pageland next year!) I'll be back on a fresh batch of radials this weekend, so we'll see if there's a difference. Plus, I was feeling a bit better this weekend, and was physically *reacting* to the bulb quicker than normal. Nothing wrong with the tree!
