I haven't heard a word. It must be top secret. Maybe after the hustle and bustle of the holidays are over we'll hear something. It's kinda wierd to me that 4th and 5th place mod racers get 50 bucks and 4th and 5th place juniors get 100 bucks! Oh well its all in fun anyway right? I don't know about you but i'm starting to get the itch to go racin. Maybe i'll try 710 or Red Springs one sunday. SEMPER FI

I have still got my right hand messed up but gave some thought to Red Springs this past Sunday. It was a nice day. I got every thing to put in an electric shifter if hand don't soon improve.

3rd, 4th and 5th in Pro only get $50 also, and me second gets NOTHING:biggrin2: . My $325 comes from Summit. Big thanks to the Super Series. But it IS all in fun, cause we sure aren't making a living here:wink: .

Banquet wise all I "hear" is we aren't having one. Now these people that I've heard this from or they heard it from(you know how it goes) are NOT in the KNOW, so must be a secret. Darlington's is Jan.13 and Union Jan. 23 if I'm not mistaken.

I also seen on IHRA's website that Darlington will host the bracket finals again in 2010. Anyone going to their banquet or may have some knowledge, how bout give a shout.

Also hearing from these same great "rumors" that Doug Mayhew won't be back as track manager or whatever. Hear he may be putting his helmet:helmet: back on and going for the old timer's award:laughing: with Alonzo. Maybe I should give Doug my helmet and I take the mic:eek:

Looks like everything has worked out for 2010. Doug will be back along with everyone else. Lets get them hot rods tuned up as it won't be long.
