Just wanted to say that the staff did a wonderful job Saturday with the Jr. Dragster race. Everything went smoothly and it was great to have visitors with us. It's good for every Jr. racer to be able to race other kids and meet them and their parents. Thanks to all of the JPD staff for all the work that you've done for the Jr. program this year. Maybe I'll get one more year of pushing Jr.'s. Even when my kids advance to other things I'll still enjoy watching the upcoming Jr. racers. With the way they have started out they will go on to make all of us proud.

Ann thanks for the kind words. The folks from out of town, just like our regulars, were super people. They drove 250 or so miles each way to compete and said they'd be back to race with us again. Hats off to Paul Charette from Evans Georgia on his win and Cory Funderburk from Pageland on his runner-up finish. Paul had to race his big sister, Alicia, 2nd round and she had lane choice but she couldn't drive around him on the top-end of the race track. I bet that was a long drive home for Lou with the two siblings.
Don't forget the $300 bonus money up for grabs this weekend in the Jr. Dragster program sponsored by Mike Broadaway Racing.
Hope to see everyone this weekend!
Mike
PS. Ann once the kids graduate to the big cars maybe you can still push them around on the starting line like IHRA/NHRA does with the Pro Stock cars sometimes.LOL
