Other than "depends on how fast you want to go" anybody got an opinion on tube chassis vs back half vs bolt ons for bracket racing?

A properly designed legal tube chassis is lighter and stronger than anything. Back half just allows you to upgrade the suspension and add traction devices and big tires to a stock auto or truck. You can add a cage to that and help body flex and safety. Bolt on front clips for like Novas save front weight and usually help drivability. The old Novas were weak in front and the suspension and steering geometry was poor. Clips use a R&P, coil over shocks and have good control arm geometry. Class rules sort of made some of these very popular. If you want to go faster than 6.50 in brackets and can afford a chassis car I'd say that would be the best bet. That's just my opinions. JM
