I was thinking. The default titles for members are kind of boring and could be more specific to the sport. The default titles are:
Junior Member 0 posts (new Member)
Member 30 posts
Senior Member 100 postsWhat user titles would you like to see? We can also add some more titles to the mix if need be, and adjust post counts accordingly.
Let the ideas fly! :D

Hey Derek - Thanks for defining the titles, which are OK w/ me.:D
Some forums grant special status to forum leaders, most hits on topics, etc.
How is the "Reputation" category defined/determined?
Also, some forums utilize a email notification for reply's to requested topics,
which I think is a nice forum feature.
Thanks for all you have done to make this a great forum!

Thanks Rick, reputation is a way of rewarding other users for whatever reason. Funny thread, informative post, etc. by default, you are given 10 reputation points. When someone gives you reputation points (on other boards also known as karma), it adds 10 points to your overall total and for every 100th point you gain a green dot and reputation title. When you reach 500 it takes 200 points to get an additional green dot. Reputation can also be taken away as well, I'll have to do some investigating to find out exactly how much it takes away, but I believe it is also 10 points at a time.
It's kind of like a virtual pat on the back or slap upside the head. :D
To give reputation, you click the icon on the top right of every post that looks like 3 stacked boxes (http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/7858/screencapture626200653111pm2ak.jpg). Members are only allowed 10 reputation clicks a day so use them wisely. However, this system might be changed in the future, it's all a matter of seeing what works and what doesn't which will come in time.
To subscribe to a thread, at the top click on thread tools which looks like this...
http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/5567/screencapture626200652501pm5dp.jpg
That will bring down a drop down box, in that menu choose "Subscribe to this thread". You will then get email notification for all subscriptions.
And thanks for the kind words. It's all for you guys. You guys needed a home and I'm here to make you comfortable so to speak. :o

Edit: Actually, while you got me thinking about reputation, some of these values seem a little high for a new board, I'll go ahead and adjust some of the values and post an update in bit.

Those are good, but what post count requirements should there be to move up a level? What should be the lowest level, and what is the highest level a member can achieve?
On a sidenote, here is what I've changed the default values to for reputation. Since we are still a small community, I made the values smaller. We'll adjust as we go along.
Every 30 days of membership, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Every 30th post, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 25 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
How many posts must a user have before his reputation hits count on others? 10
How much reputation must a user have before his reputation hits count on others? 10 (default value)
How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period? 10
How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again? 5
