A lil info?

Hey guys, Could someone give me a lil info on the ins and outs of footbrake?Doesnt have to be a 2 page reply LOL but just a lil info.Is theer rules to the class?Weight,engine etc... and is this a heads up class with an index or something?Im a test and tune guy thats thinkin of branching out a lil.Thanks Brian
