The 50/50 ticket program will be done by Heather Martin, Kelly Martin's wife, to raise money for autistic research. Their son David is autistic and they are going to Atlanta next month to participate in a walk-a-thon to raise awareness and money for research. Heather and her friends will be coming around selling the tickets so feel free to ask them about autistic awareness and what can be done to help.
Thank you in advance.

I wanted to thank everyone, again, for their generosity at last night's race. So many people bought tickets, and then turned right around and gave them back to me saying, "Give these to David so that if it's a winning number, he'll get that too". I can't say enough about how grateful I am to everyone who helped out. Christina, thanks for helping Katey and me keep our money straight! There were a lot of great people out there last night, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We raised nearly $400 for the Cure Autism Now fund, and couldn't have done it without such compassionate neighbors. God bless each of you, and again, I thank you.

Way to go Team Pageland. From the owners and staff thank you for supporting Heather and her passion of finding a cure for Autism. Good luck next month at the walk in Atlanta.
On a side note my wife and I head to Philadelphia this Saturday for a Melanoma cancer walk. My wife is a cancer surviver and felt lead to walk at the national event this year. Good health is something we tend to take for granted sometimes.
