Well with 2 points races left that is the question to be or not to be will Anne repeat in 2007? I would like to say she will but with Anthony just a few points behind it will be interesting to see who gets the prize we would like to wish Anthony good luck.

Y'all got it wrapped up, and I'm fairly sure that Calvin does in Modified as well. Not sure about Juniors results from this weekend, but seems like Trevor's got things pretty well in hand there.

Way to go, Anne and Billy!

$500/$300... Joe gave me a fuel pump for my Duster earlier this season, and wouldn't let me pay him for it. I figured that was a good way to pay him back. Got $80 in contingency, though, so still went home with $580. Good day's work!

Does anybody know anything about the Contingency Central stuff yet?

What's your question? Have you not been receiving stuff for your earlier wins?? I've been getting stuff left and right for a semi at MD earlier in the year. Still getting stuff. Kinda cool. Don't understand how it works though. Should I expect anything for the PG win the other week? My buddy hasn't been getting anything from his win at MD but he's not in the SSS either. Does that have something to do with it? So with me not being in PG's SSS should I not expect anything?? Whatever, its FREE!!! I like that:biggrin2: .

And do you know when the shootout for winner's is? This same question is on your DRR topic.

IHRA SSS contingency is paid to drivers who are entered in that track's points (not necessarily the SSS itself, but you do have to be in the regular track points). I've gotten paid SSS contingency for every final round at Pageland. Nothing from Rockingham... Earwood said it ties up the office Monday morning and nobody cares about it. (?)

I don't know anything about the Contingency Central stuff, though. Never gotten anything. Don't know if there's something I have to do, the track has to, or what. Is it all certificates? Just stuff that you display decals for, or what? I've been on their website, and haven't really learned anything.

Mike said the Ironman Club race date is TBA -- will check the available dates and try to make sure all eligible drivers can make it.

To anyone this concerns we have been getting $25.00 certifcates here lately from the contingency program most of them you have to spend $100.00 or more in order to use it. This program works like the old 3M BRACKET PROGRAM was. In most cases where the certifcates come from are the mfg therefore the prices are higher & we're not getting anything this is JMO. As far as us sending in any thing we've done nothing i guess the track management has handled it. To date we have recived around $200.00 in them however we do thank the staff for what they have done. I think it would be much better if we were able to get local parts houses to donate things or give us xxxx amount of $$$$ off parts imo these are the ones that keep us going on a weekly basis. Not to offend anyone this is (JMO)

That's the way mine has worked Billy. I haven't had to do anything. I think the track handles it. Since I've received something and the Jackson crew has and we both run TOP, could that be a reason Beard hasn't received any? That would be crappy. All mine have been for $25, with you having to spend money of course. But its no different than at the grocery store. They're not losing money either when you get a coupon in the paper and use it. It's just suppose to make us feel better:biggrin2: .

How bout Nov. 3 for the run-off. May pull a car or two extra in the gate:cool: ?? But anyway, keep us updated. Thanks

Mmmm... it could be that my other final rounds were before the track got the deal done with Contingency Central. 's'alright, was just curious.

There's a big money Footbrake race at Mooresville that day, but actually, depending on how the purse is distributed at Mooresville's deal, I've thought about coming down to support Doug's race. The end of the season is packed pretty full with all kinds of stuff.
